Pawar on Fixing: Investigation could close soon

ICC President sharad Pawar told the Scotland yard police investigation on Spot fixing case could be close soon. Depends on report we go forward and take the action of four pakistani players who involved in this allegation.

Already three of the pakistan players suspended from team and suspension would be reviewed once the investigation was complete.

Pawar was speaking after meeting at his residence with PCB chairman Ijaz Butt, He told to media he had not sought any leniency for the players. As far as we are concerned, there is no tolerance at all, Butt told.

Butt said he raised the possibility of cricket resuming between India and Pakistan after followed by Mumbai attacks in November 2008.

Ijaz Butt visit comes to wake of the spot fixing case, In this case four of the pakistani cricketers questioned by scotland yard police. Already ICC suspended three of them from the international cricket.
